KIM LAU
Spa Manager
Kim’s interest in holistic means to restoring, promoting and maintaining optimum health led her to a career in Massage Therapy. She graduated from New York College of Health Professions and has been a licensed Massage Therapist since 2007. Her experience ranges from managing boutique spas in Manhattan to franchise based spas in Northeast Ohio.
Random Fact: Kim worked for the management company that managed the Black Eyed Peas and John Legend
EVAN NICHOLAS, NASM CPT
Trainer
Evan has his Bachelor’s of Forensic Science and has an Associates of Applied Science. He has gotten his Personal Training and Nutrition credentials from NASM. Evan has been in the fitness industry for the last 5 years but has been personal training for 3. He was also a college athlete and competed in Olympic Powerlifting. Evan specializes in HIIT, Olympic Power Lifting, Functional Movement Training, and Physique. He loves to travel and adventure, bringing that excitement into all his training and nutrition.
Random Fact: Evan recently moved back from Hawaii where he found a passion for extreme sports and free climbing
Myles Robinson, NASM CPT
Trainer
Myles is a 3-year experienced NASM-certified personal trainer and a first-year certified strength and conditioning coach. He specializes in athletic-based movements, Olympic-level lifting, and functional movement training and rehabilitation. His background as a high school multi-sport coach allows him to bring the same passion and excitement to his client training sessions so clients can utilize and develop their bodies to achieve their goals and performance levels.
Lynn Satow, ACSM CPT
Trainer
Lynn Satow has over 25 years of professional experience in the fitness industry. A 200-hour certified yoga instructor, she has led many other modalities over the years, including TRX training, Mat Pilates, Zumba, POUND, kickboxing, Spinning, barre, senior strength, and HIIT training. Lynn also developed successful HIIT-based boot camps and has lead hundreds of sessions. She has also worked individually with clients utilizing yoga as therapy.
Over 14 years ago, Lynn added personal training to her resume and remains active as an ACSM CPT. She has worked in many venues, offering group training and individual training to teenagers and on up to those in their 80’s. She enjoys working with a variety of ages and needs and can show many modifications to aid clients in their progression with their own fitness. You might see Lynn incorporate yoga in between strength sets!
In her spare time, Lynn enjoys hiking, running, traveling, cooking and mainly time with family.
