Where is Ascend, and How Early Should I Arrive for my Appointment?
Ascend Spa is located on the 3rd floor of The Marriott Hotel in Downtown Cleveland. We advise you to arrive at least 15 minutes early to treatment.
What Should I Bring?
The spa provides you with a bathrobe and sandals to maximize the relaxation during your stay at Ascend.
How Can I Make a Reservation?
The Spa team will assist you with the selection of services and treatments. We encourage you to make a reservation in advance, to ensure the availability of your favorite treatment. You can make reservations directly by calling (216) 545-7092.
What if I Have a Physical or Health Condition?
Upon arrival of your first treatment with us, we ask you to notify us of any physical condition, pregnancy, hypertension, allergy or injury that could affect the service when you arrive and fill out your waiver. We have the right to refuse treatment if a guest is under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
What is the Spa’s Cancelation Policy?
If you wish to cancel your reservation, you must do so 24 hours in advance, this would avoid the $75 cancellation fee. A change of appointment will be possible at least 12 hours in advance, depending on availability of the therapists.
What Forms of Payment Are Accepted?
Treatments can be paid for with cash, credit or debit.
Can I Purchase a Gift Certificate?
We provide gift certificates at Ascend or prior to arrival at the property, with an earlier appointment. For more information, please contact our Spa team.
